Hey drink enthusiasts and all 12 of my followers! I made a few changes to my recipe book and am reposting it here. Some changes include a cleaner-looking logo (definitely needed that), added the Sam No. 5, and updated the table of contents. Check it out!
Cheers,

Hello to all seven of my followers. If you’re reading this right now, you’re in for a treat. As of January 16th, I made a new original cocktail called Sam’s No. 5. It’s a riff on the Corpse Reviver No. 2 and adds Cointreau and St. Germain to the mix. My original recipe was written on a notecard with several scribbled out parts as I tweaked it. The finished cocktail is a well-balanced floral, citrus, and tart drink. Give it a try!
Sam’s No. 5
Ingredients
- 1 Ounce Gin
- 1 Ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 Ounce Cointreu
- 3/4 Ounce St. Germain
- 3/4 Ounce Lemon Juice
Directions
- Chill a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Add the gin, Lillet Blanc, Cointreu, St. Germain, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

Wow, I haven’t posted or updated this site at all since I first made it. Here’s to post #2.
Drink up.
That is all. I’m going to go enjoy a Nor’easter now.
